“ What a great find in Delray! I was too ravenous to take pictures. We ordered a mix of bowls with falafels, chicken shawarma. We selected hummus, salad and rice with lentils as bases. You can add a variety of toppings to complete your bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. We'll definitely be back. It's great to have vegan and traditional options in one restaurant. They also had tofu as a protein option. ”

“ Wow!! This is my new favorite bowl/salad bar type of healthy fast food restaurant. It was my first time at Olive U, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and ingredients. The place looks clean and nice. Bathroom is sparkling clean, which is a huge bonus. I didn't know which type of chicken I wanted and the girls at the counter kindly suggested a sample. Basically this is how it works: 1. You chose one type out of 3 delicious kinds of rice or a pita. 2. You choose your protein 3. Add as many toppings as you want 4. Add some extra charge toppings like baba ganoush (which was so delicious), dolmas or other delicious. I was glad we stopped by this place. Absolutely new favorite. Definitely 5/5 experience. ”
